In-Person Personal Training Program Packages

Choose the coaching package that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and the level of support you need. Every option is built on personalized programming, real‑world accountability, and a coaching experience designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.


Program Management: Every coaching package comes with full access to HubFit, your all‑in‑one training and accountability platform. HubFit keeps your entire program organized, accessible, and easy to follow — so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.


Billing Information: Programs are billed month‑to‑month, and each package includes a suggested commitment period to help you understand the timeline needed for real, sustainable change. These commitments are designed to set you up for success, not lock you in. If you decide to cancel after 30 days, the standard cancellation and refund policies apply. Be sure to review them before getting started. After the initial period, you’re welcome to continue with your current plan or adjust your coaching structure based on your evolving goals, schedule, and needs.


Disclaimer: Because meaningful change takes time, I don’t offer one‑off training sessions with individuals who have not been interviewed by me to review goals, had a movement assessment, and a review of medical history/injuries or without medical clearance where appropriate. My coaching is built around committed training blocks that give us the space to learn your movement, understand your goals, and build a program that actually works for your life.


Pricing Philosophy: My goal is to give you the structure, accountability, and guidance you need to succeed. Pricing is based on the time we spend together and the work I do behind the scenes to build your program, track your progress, and support you through real‑world challenges. Each package is billed monthly, and the recommended commitment periods are there to help you stay focused on long‑term success — not quick fixes.


You’re investing in far more than the hour we spend together — you’re investing in the guidance, structure, and accountability that carry you through the other 23 hours of your day. That’s where real change is built. This is why every program includes unlimited messaging support. If questions come up outside of training time, reach out during normal business hours and you’ll get a response from me!


Add-On Sessions: You’re welcome to add extra sessions at $70 per hour. This rate aligns with the national average for personal training and represents the level of preparation, coaching quality, and individualized attention you receive in each session.


Important Notes (Online Coaching)


  • All programs are billed monthly.
  • Commitment windows are recommended to set realistic expectations for long‑term success.
  • You’re investing in more than the program — you’re investing in the other 23 hours of support, structure, and accountability that drive real results.
  • I do not offer one‑off virtual sessions without an intake interview, movement assessment, and medical history review or clearance if needed.

Foundations Coaching - 1 session/week

People who already know their way around training but want expert guidance, a clear plan, and someone in their corner to keep them consistent.


Recommended Commitment: 90 days


Includes: Custom program, weekly adjustments, unlimited messaging, HubFit access, mobility guidance, nutrition guidance.

Momentum Coaching - 2-3 sessions/week

For the beginner, the returning lifter, or anyone ready for meaningful, long‑term change.


Perfect for:
People who want to lose weight, rebuild strength, overcome injury limitations, or simply feel confident in the gym again.


Recommended Commitment: 90 days


Includes: High‑touch coaching, corrective work, weekly adjustments, unlimited messaging, HubFit access, nutrition guidance.

Transformation Coaching - 4–5 sessions/week

For the person with major long‑term goals like 50–100+ lb weight loss or rebuilding after injuries.


Perfect for:

Anyone facing a significant weight‑loss goal, rebuilding after years of setbacks, or navigating injuries, pain, or low confidence. Someone who knows they need more than a program and and needs a coach to walk the long road with them.


Recommended Commitment: 12 months


Includes: Long‑term planning, mindset support, corrective work, weekly adjustments, unlimited messaging, HubFit access.

Tactical Readiness Coaching - 1–4 sessions/week

Future police officers, military recruits, or anyone preparing for tactical fitness tests.


Perfect for:
People preparing for police academy testing, military entry standards, or any tactical fitness requirement — especially those who feel unsure, out of shape, or overwhelmed by where to start.


Recommended Commitment: Flexible — based on test date and starting point


Includes: Test‑specific training, conditioning, mobility, weekly adjustments, unlimited messaging, HubFit access.


HYBRID TRAINING (ONLINE + IN‑PERSON)

Hybrid Momentum Coaching (Online + In‑Person)

For local clients who want structure, accountability and expert programming with two in‑person sessions each month for deeper coaching, form refinement and injury‑prevention work.


Recommended Commitment: 90 days


Includes:

  • Everything in Online Momentum Coaching
  • 2 in‑person sessions per month
    • Technique deep dives
    • Injury‑prevention and movement assessments
    • Hands‑on coaching to refine form and build confidence

cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Coaching Services

All coaching services (online, in‑person, or hybrid) are billed in accordance with the pricing and terms provided at the time of purchase. By purchasing or subscribing to any coaching program (in‑person, online, or hybrid), you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.


2. Refunds

Because coaching involves time, planning, and program creation, all sales are generally non‑refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.


3. Cancellations

  • In‑Person Sessions: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled late or missed entirely may be forfeited.
  • Online Coaching: Monthly coaching subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but partial‑month refunds are not provided. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.


4. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services for violations of policies, inappropriate behavior, or non‑payment. No refunds will be issued for terminated services.
