Program Management: Every coaching package comes with full access to HubFit, your all‑in‑one training and accountability platform. HubFit keeps your entire program organized, accessible, and easy to follow — so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.
Billing Information: Programs are billed month‑to‑month, and each package includes a suggested commitment period to help you understand the timeline needed for real, sustainable change. These commitments are designed to set you up for success, not lock you in. If you decide to cancel after 30 days, the standard cancellation and refund policies apply. Be sure to review them before getting started. After the initial period, you’re welcome to continue with your current plan or adjust your coaching structure based on your evolving goals, schedule, and needs.
Disclaimer: Because meaningful change takes time, I don’t offer one‑off training sessions with individuals who have not been interviewed by me to review goals, had a movement assessment, and a review of medical history/injuries or without medical clearance where appropriate. Each package is billed monthly, and the recommended commitment periods are there to help you stay focused on long‑term success — not quick fixes.

All coaching services (online, in‑person, or hybrid) are billed in accordance with the pricing and terms provided at the time of purchase. By purchasing or subscribing to any coaching program (in‑person, online, or hybrid), you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.
